My sires

Would your sow like a litter from one of the boars from Lothlórien? Of course!

These are the conditions:

  • Your sow will come to Lothlórien for breeding, we do not loan out our boars. She may come in her own cage, or get board here, whichever we agree on.
  • Lothlórien retains the right to choose a pup. The first choice is yours, if you wish to do so. The second choice of pup is ours.
  • If Lothlórien chooses not to exercise our right to a pup, we will ask for stud fees. These are the price of one sowpup of the litter, with a minimum of €17,50. If the sow did not get pregnant -and díd spend enough time, i.e. minimal 16 days, with the boar- or no live pups are born, no stud fees will be charged.
  • The sow is expected to be free of vermin and in good health. Of course you can expect the same of our boars.

  • If you agree to these conditions, and would like to know more, please email me for more information, more photos and pedigree for the boar of your choice (see contact page).

    Lothlóriens Forest of Fangorn
Silveragouti white coronet. Born september 9th 2009 from Lothlóriens Blessed Forest (silveragouti white sheltie) and Lothlóriens Excalibur (black white coronet). Forest of Fangorn is now a breeding boar, but was wrapped and shown first. Highest showresults: NCC-show Tiel 2010: NE 95 (would be F if standardized), best NE longhaired breed, best NE in show. SLC-show 2010: F, best coronet unclipped, Best in Show (!). Knagerfestijn Barneveld 2010: F 96, best coronetboar, Best Opposite Sex in show.

    Lothlóriens Lord of Lórien
Solid silveragouti white (little white) coronet. Born january 14th 2012 from Lothlóriens Annatar (silveragouti white coronet) and Gaia's Soleil (solid goldagouti white coronet). Lord is a dream come true: a solid silveragouti in a longhaired breed. Lord will be very important in my breeding plans.

    Gaia's Soleil
Solid goldagouti white coronet, silvercarrier. Born august 28th from Gaia's Catharina (black white coronet) and Hobbit vom Heissnhof (solid goldagouti coronet). Now that the solid longhaired are free of the satin gene again, I am trying again to breed this attractive colour!

    Lothlóriens Buckland
Black magpie abyssinian, BEW carrier. Born july 9th 2011 from Jewelz Faun and Lothlóriens Bucklebury (both black magpie abyssinian). Buckland misses one bodyrosette but does have a really nice colouring.

    Lothlóriens Narsil
Sable magpie abyssinian. Born july 28th 2011 from Lothlóriens Quest (TSW abyssinian) and Lothlóriens Telchar (black magpie abyssinian). I love his face, but more important: he has all rosettes and a fairly good colouring. So Narsil stays.

    Lothlóriens Sirion
TSW abyssinian, carrier of cr (magpie) or ca (magpie sable, himalayan), yet to find out which of these two. Born february 12th 2012 from Lothlóriens Chithing (sable magpie abyssinian) and Lothlóriens Narog (brindle white magpiecarrier abyssinian). Sirion has one rosette too many on one side but his plusses weigh a lot to me, so he will replace his father in breeding.
